Interior Painting
Interior painting that lasts the Florida summer.
From a single accent wall to a whole-house repaint. Twenty-five years of brushwork on Palm Beach County interiors — done by the same crew, every job.
Interior painting, done properly.
Most interior repaints fail not because of the paint — but because of what happened underneath. The prep is half the job. Walls get sanded, holes filled, edges masked, floors covered, and trim taped before a single drop of finish coat goes down. The boring part is what makes the difference.
We use premium-grade paints rated for Florida's humidity and AC environments — eggshell or satin on walls, semi-gloss on trim and doors, flat or matte on ceilings. Two coats minimum, three when going from a dark color to a light one. Every brush stroke and roll is done by our own crew, not subbed out.
When we leave, every room gets a walkthrough with you. If anything's off — a missed spot, a holiday, a thin line of caulk — we fix it before the truck moves.
Inside the house, top to bottom.
Whatever surface needs paint, we have the brushes for it.
Walls
Smooth, knockdown, orange peel, or accent. We prep the texture, prime where needed, and roll two solid coats.
Ceilings
Flat ceilings, smooth knockdown, or popcorn that's staying. Want it gone? See our popcorn removal page.
Trim & baseboards
Semi-gloss or satin enamel. Sanded, primed if needed, brushed by hand. The edge between trim and wall is where careful work shows.
Interior doors
Six-panel, slab, or pocket. Off the hinges or on, depending on the door. Sprayed for a factory finish on cabinet-grade work.
Kitchen cabinets
Sanded, primed, and sprayed for a hard, durable finish. Doors removed and done flat. Cure time matters — we don't rush it.
Accent walls
Bold colors, geometric paint patterns, or a feature wall behind the bed. We help you pick a color that won't fight the rest of the room.
Bathrooms & laundry
Mildew-resistant paint formulated for high-humidity rooms. Won't peel or grow mold behind the shower.
Closets, garages, ceilings
The forgotten spaces. Doing them at the same time as the main rooms saves you a return trip later.
From estimate to last drop cloth.
Free walk-through
We come out, walk every room with you, ask the questions, write up a clear scope and a real number. No pressure, no deposit asked.
Prep day
Floors covered. Furniture moved or sheeted. Trim taped. Holes filled. Anything sanded that needs sanding. This is where the next 5 years of paint life is decided.
Primer
Where it's needed: color changes, stain blocks, raw drywall patches, or anywhere the wall has had a hard life. Skip it where it's not, save you the time.
Two coats of finish
Cut in by brush, roll the field, let it dry, second coat. We don't shortcut the dry time — that's how you get streaks and roller marks.
Walkthrough & punchlist
We walk every room with you. Anything missed, anything off — flagged and fixed before we pack up. Not the next day. Now.
Cleanup
Tarps up. Furniture back. Floors wiped. Leftover paint labeled and left for you, or hauled out — your call. The job's done when the house feels like yours again.
Why people call us instead.
Same crew. Every day.
Not a project manager and three subs you've never met. Omar's crew shows up, does the work, comes back the next day.
Drywall included.
Holes, settling cracks, popcorn damage — we fix it ourselves before painting. No coordinating two trades.
No deposit.
We don't take a deposit to schedule. You pay when the work's done and you've walked it with us. That's the deal.
Bilingüe.
Hablamos español. Whether you call, text, or write, you'll get answered in whichever language you started in.
South Florida walls aren't like other walls.
Humidity, AC condensation, salt air near the coast, and the temperature swing between a closed-up house at 72° and the 90° outside — it all matters. The wrong paint peels in two summers. The right paint stays.
We've finished interiors in Greenacres, Boynton Beach, West Palm Beach, Wellington, Lake Worth, Boca Raton, and Jupiter. Block houses, frame houses, condos, two-story new builds, 1960s ranches with original plaster. Each one teaches you something about what holds up in this climate — and what doesn't.
Bottom line: we use paints we trust, on prep we did ourselves, in homes we know. That's why a Tabora interior still looks fresh five summers later.
Common questions.
How much does interior painting cost in Palm Beach County?
Most rooms run between $400 and $900 depending on size, ceiling height, prep needed, and color complexity. A whole-house interior repaint typically lands between $3,500 and $8,000 for a 2,000 sq ft home. We give a flat, written estimate after walking the job — no hourly billing surprises.
How long does an interior repaint take?
A standard 2,000 sq ft interior takes 2–4 working days for a small crew. A single room is usually a day. Heavy prep (drywall repair, color changes, cabinet refinishing) adds time. We give you a real timeline up front and we hit it.
Do you move furniture and protect floors?
Yes. Furniture gets either moved to the room center and sheeted, or moved out of the room entirely — your call. Floors get covered with drop cloths or rosin paper. We don't paint over a mess we didn't make.
What paint brands do you use?
Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore are our defaults — both have product lines specifically formulated for Florida's humidity. We'll match to your specs if you have a preference. We don't use bottom-tier paint, ever.
Can we live in the house while you paint?
Absolutely. We work room by room, keep the rest of the house livable, and use low-VOC paints with minimal smell. Most clients sleep in the house every night the project's running.
Do you fix drywall holes and cracks first?
Yes — that's part of the job. Small holes, nail pops, settling cracks, damage from a TV mount that came down — we patch, sand, and texture-match before painting. One crew, one bill.
How long does interior paint last in Florida?
A properly prepped and painted interior lasts 7–10 years in Palm Beach County before needing a refresh, longer in low-traffic rooms. Kitchens and bathrooms are the high-wear spots. Trim and ceilings can go 12+ years.
